FloodScan
In production (United States; Florida parcel depth)
US flood risk resolved to the address: FEMA zones, elevation, claims history and the parcel roll in one answer.

What it does
FloodScan, in brief.
FloodScan answers a flood question about one address.
It resolves a property to its FEMA flood zone and elevation live, and sets it against the national flood-insurance record (2.72 million NFIP claims since 1978, US$ 88.75 billion paid), FEMA's National Risk Index for 85,154 census tracts and, in Florida, the full 2025 parcel roll: 11.0 million parcels in all 67 counties.
Its parcel score is an indicative, tract-level measure.
It is built for real-estate, lending and insurance due diligence; the same layers support disaster-response planning.
